LiCCUL is a member-owned financial cooperative dedicated to improving the economic and social well-being of its members. Founded in 2025, it is built on cooperation, self-help and mutual responsibility.

It was established by professionals, civil servants, traders and farmers who believe in cooperative economics — a Category 1 microfinance institution.
