Account Opening
Requirements to Join LiCCUL
For Individuals
- Purchase of at least 2 shares — 20,000 CFA
- Registration fee — 2,000 CFA
- 2 passport-size photographs (4×4)
- Photocopy of National ID or Passport
- Utility bill / site plan
- Birth certificate (for minors)
Group & Association
- Group constitution & by-laws
- Minutes authorizing account opening
- List of executives with ID cards
- Signatory mandate form
Institutions & Companies
- Certificate of Registration
- Articles of Incorporation
- Board resolution to open an account
- ID cards of signatories
- Taxpayer attestation
- Purchase of at least 3 shares — 30,000 FCFA
- Solidarity Fund — 12,000 FCFA
- Registration — 2,000 FCFA
NB: Shares are refundable upon account closure in accordance with LiCCUL policies.
